Purchase Order or Sales Order in AX 2012, I got a Error message as "A parameter could not be serialized"

When I was going to generate Purchase Order or Sales Order in AX 2012, I got a Error massage as "A parameter could not be serialized"

    I think the number sequence is not specified. Please check the number sequences.

    Thanks for replying Mohammed but I have mention Number sequence in all setup parameter(AP,AR,IM)...

    If any one knows the soution plz tell me bcoz i'm looking tht soution from long time..

    Got a error massage while generating PO and SO in AX-2012
    When I was going to generate Purchase Order or Sales Order in AX 2012, I got a Error massage as "A parameter could not be serialized"

    When I run .NET compilation in CIL.... I got the error regarding .XPPIL... is there any body knows how to solve the issue please help me. thanks in advance

    You may install a new fresh instance there, In your current instance some problem while installing AX 2012.

    Try ols-> Options -> Development tab and uncheck 'Excute business operations in CIL' if it still won't budge you can check it back. Technet also suggests to remove all CIL files from the server bin directory (cut them to a different folder outside of the bin dir) restart AOS and do a full CIL.

    For a quick resolve: uncheck option "Excute business operations in CIL" under Tools-> Options -> Development tab.
